NBA MEMBERS

The committee works to identify training needs among bank personnel as well as facilitate programs to educate and recruit new talent into the banking industry workforce. We partner with UNLV, CSN and UNR and have an agenda to produce NBA original trainings in specialty areas.

With weekly meetings during legislative sessions and on an as need basis during interim, this committee reviews proposed legislation and regulation, identifies potential needs for legislation or regulation and works with state leaders on priority issues related banking and financial services.

We will customize a presentation highlighting the work of the association to advance the industry and preserve opportunities for growth. Bank professionals tasked with- or just interested in- promoting their banks, products, services and accomplishments meet every other month on the third Tuesday at noon to discuss messaging about their banks, best practices, and to develop plans for NBA to promote the industry and amplify members.

 NCDC - A Coalition of community development professionals with NBA providing serving as a fiscal agent and providing administrative support.  Special coalition membership required for full participation and coalition decision voting rights.      

NBA's members across the spectrum of roles in security and fraud prevention practices work together to identify needs and ways for banks to keep themselves and their customers safe. Roundtable sessions and a cooperative campaign are on the agenda for 2025/26.
