This year’s program will be led by Field Supervisor Jim Kiss and will include both senior examiners and members of the regional management team.  This will be a unique experience that we hope provides directors and officers with valuable insights into evolving issues identified by Regional Director Kathy Moe.  The program will provide insights into these evolving issues including risk mitigation and ways in which these evolving issues will impact a given institution’s CAMELS ratings.  We expect participants to come away with significant insights provided by examiners with experience examining banks across the country, in institutions ranging in size from $10 million to $80 billion in total assets, and with experience over multiple economic cycles.
